As a highly competitive athlete and keen sports person from a young age, health and fitness was always destined to be Lorraine's chosen career path. It wasn't long after having kids that Lorraine realised her true passion lay within the gym, fitness and health environment - and LD Health and Fitness was established. As a personal coach, Lorraine’s role is to educate and to simplify the training and fitness process, sharing best practice and guiding clients towards achieving their health goals.

Lorraine’s growing passion and enthusiasm for health and fitness along with a hunger to improve her knowledge is what drives her forward in helping clients reach their goals. Lorraine’s credentials are backed up by a commitment to continuous professional development - updating and expanding her knowledge through attending courses, seminars, internships and keeping up to date with current scientific research, allowing her to share latest thinking, tools and techniques with her clients.
