Online 1-1 Coaching

If you have a more focused goal to achieve, this may require online 1-1 coaching with me, please fill out the registration form, and I will contact you.

  • Initial Consultation - a detailed consultation form will be provided where you can detail past & current training/nutrition plans, preferred foods, disliked foods, any injuries, your goals & what you want to achieve.
  • Check-Ins every 2 weeks - We will allocate a day of the week where you will ‘check in’ with me via my app. You will be required to upload progress pictures, weight & measures.
  • Bespoke Nutrition Plan - there is no one size fits all, your nutrition plan will be specific to you, your goals & to fit around your lifestyle. It will incorporate some of your favorite food sources. Your plan will have a macronutrient breakdown so that you can use a macro tracking approach for more flexibility. Accessible through your app.
  • Bespoke Training Plan - your training programme will be specific to you & your goals. You will be able to track your weights so that we can monitor your progress. There will also be access to an exercise library either via our FB group or a separate website.
  • Exercise Form Check - you will be able to record yourself performing exercises and send to me via WhatsApp if you'd like me to check your form is correct on exercises.
  • Daily Support & Communication - | will be available every day to answer any questions & provide support.
  • Private FB Community - become part of Facebook community where we share progress, tips, and tricks.
